Salary: 30% hike on current ctc (Max Budget: 3.50 LPA)

🔘 ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like job portal, social media networks referrals etc.

▫️Candidate must have experience in Domestic Staffing.

▫️Candidate must have experience in IT recruitment. ▫️Good to have experience in Automotive domain.

▫️Must have worked in C2H positions. Permanent hiring experience is a add-on.

▫️Understanding and analysing the requirement of client for different levels.

▫️Candidate must be able to handle pressure and work as per the given target.

▫️Must have worked in Niche skills like ML, AI, Clouds etc.

▫️Must be flexible in working extended hours whenever required.
