 Sr. #qcinspector INSPECTOR – WELDING

 
1.        Bachelor’s / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. ASNT Level II for various NDT Tests RT, UT, MT & PT
2.        Certificates; CSWIP 3.2.2 Certificate (3 yrs. post qualification)
3.        Minimum 10 years experience in Oil & Gas pipeline projects.
4.        Through knowledge of various welding process and fabrication process.
5.        Skilled in visual welding inspection, NDTs, RT, RT Inspections, UT HT & PT, Hydro Test and PWHT.
6.        Proficient in MS Office application mainly in MS Word & Excel.
7.        QA/QC Documentation & Records, Preparation related to Fabrication Workshop / Contracting / Construction Industry.
8.        He should have experience in Pipeline Welding
9.        English communication Skills (Written & Speaking).
10.      QP Approved candidate will be preferred
11.      Familiar in international codes such as API 1104/ ASME B31.8/ASME \sec-IX/ASHE SEC-II, VIII/AWS D1.1/ASTN STD.
12.      Knowledge in Heat treatment process / material inspection / Test package preparation / Pipeline Hydro Test
