Job Responsibilities
Handle on-boarding formalities for all new joiners
Ensure all HR recruitment & operations adhere to legal standards
Support staff and managers on day-to-day issues
Able to manage with senior business stakeholders. Need to have very high persuasive and influencing skills
Candidate Specifications
Should be willing to work on a contractual basis for 11 months under IndusInd Bank Payroll (Contract will be renewed basis performance)
Post Graduation in HR is mandatory
Min experience of 1 year in On-boarding/Recruitment is a must
Aged below 30
